Not satisfied? Exchanges and returns at PracticalClean
At PracticalClean, we want satisfied customers. We aim for our products to bring joy when they arrive at your home, so you'll want to shop with us again.
If, for any reason, you are disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue by following a few simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Change of Mind and Withdrawal
If you wish to exchange or return a product due to a change of mind or withdrawal, the customer has 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving the product to request the return by phone or email.
How to proceed in case of return or exchange due to change of mind:
- Contact PracticalClean support via email at sales@practicalclean.com.
- Send the product via mail, with postage paid by the customer, to the sender's address (PracticalClean Store).
Important: The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, without seal violation (if applicable), and accompanied by all accessories it came with.
Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of the conditions above by PracticalClean, you may choose to:
- Receive store credit for the total amount paid, which can be used for purchasing another product immediately or in a future purchase, valid for 6 months.
- Request a refund of the product’s value, through the same payment method used during the purchase.
Note: If the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it back to the address provided by the company, and the refund will be processed after that.
PracticalClean is not obligated to exchange any product that has been damaged due to misuse or to accommodate requests made outside the mentioned timeframes.
We provide product measurements in centimeters to ensure you choose the right size. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to exchange products due to customer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. The right granted to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code is to exchange products only in case of defects.
Other Issues
Any occurrences described above, and any others that may arise, should be reported to PracticalClean by phone or email at sales@practicalclean.com.
Returned products without prior communication, outside the timeframe, or missing items/accessories may be sent back without prior notice.
In addition to the mentioned occurrences, if any of the following happens, the product should be refused:
- Open or damaged packaging;
- Damaged product;
- Product not matching the order;
- Missing accessories.
If you still receive the product, please contact PracticalClean support within 72 hours from receipt.
